Nestled in the heart of Tuscany once lay an ancient tower which, over centuries, fell to ruin as it let the grey hands of time slowly devour its mighty walls and corrode its story rich tapestries. Until, one day, it was found by a visionary man who restored the ancient abode to a newer self and fresh dawn as he renovated it and designed around its facades and halls. And so it was in this spirit that Villa L'Apparita was borne in Salt Rock on the North Coast of the beautiful country, South Africa. Evoking the timeless quality of the romantic Tuscan character, we have created a guest house with an authentic environment suited to the nurturance and soothing of the romantic heart within a stressed modern lifestyle.

Tranquility is the feeling that our beautifully decorated bedrooms evince from the weary traveller. Our single and double rooms boast magnificent décor and luxurious style. Be treated to the very best of local fruit and delicacies upon your arrival. Each air-conditioned room is fitted with an en-suite bathroom which includes an option of a bath for the guests in need of our mustard salt and bubble bath concoction or a refreshing shower for those just back from the sandy white beach. Each room is equipped with satellite TV (DSTV), a hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini bar fully stocked with everything from fine South African wine to French champagne. All the beautifully decorated and wonderfully serene L'Apparita bedrooms have their own balconies and private entrances. We regret that we do not cater for children under the age of 12.

Breakfasts are served at the patio overlooking the pool area. A continental buffet breakfast and a culinary surprise is the order of the day! Dinner is available on request, however, we do make arrangements for the guests at some of our excellent restaurants in the area. Picnic baskets may be packed for the guests on request, especially if they go for outings to the beach and game parks. The main swimming beach is a mere 5 min walk away. This beach has got shark nets and lifeguards.
