Rates for children are only applicable when sharing with both parents.

Sundries
Deposit equal to 50% of the entire stay to be received by the hotel within 8 days prior to arrival, will be required to confirm the reservation.
No reservation will be guaranteed prior to this confirmation agreement having been signed. Should the signed confirmation and credit card details or deposit not be received by the stipulated date, we reserve the right to automatically release the reserved accommodation. (7 days prior to arrival)
Cancellations
Should a cancellation take place, the following will apply:
Cancelled within 8 days prior to arrival date, deposit will be refunded in full.
Cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival date, deposit will be deemed forfeited.
Should no cancellation be received by the hotel, deposit will be forfeited and the room will be charged for in full for the entire period of the reservation. Reservations remain subject to availability. All cancellations must be done in writing. |
