Lake St. Lucia Lodge offers fully equipped self catering garden cottages with tropical surroundings on the banks of Lake St. Lucia, the heart of this World Heritage Site in KwaZulu-Natal. Explore the Wetland Park and surrounding Big 5 game reserve from your base at our establishment in the village.
We have a two sleeper chalet and 2 x four sleeper family units available to our guests. The two sleeper bungalow is self catering, and has a fully eqipped kitchen with stove, cutlery and microwave. Linen and towels are also provided. Parking is available next to the unit. Our open plan family unit has 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, cutlery and microwave. The bathroom has a bath with lavatory and basin. Linen and towels are also provided. Each unit has their own private braai (barbecue) area. There is a swimming pool and supa tube 200m from us, and the swimming beach is ± 5 minutes drive from the lodge.
We are within walking distance of the nearby restaurants, shops and pubs on the main street. The village of St. Lucia is considered a safe haven for tourists and villagers alike, to walk along the well lit streets during the evenings.

Turn left to Mtubatuba then turn left again - about 200m R618 to St Lucia. St Lucia is 26km from Mtubatuba. When you enter St Lucia over the Estuary Bridge at the T-junction turn right into McKenzie Street (the main street of St Lucia). Carry on till you get the next traffic circle, don't turn, carry on straight - about 200m later on your right hand side you will find Sign board "Lake St Lucia Lodge".
