| Rates are - quoted, invoiced and payable in ZAR - quoted per suite/villa per night - based on a maximum of 2 adults per one bedroom suite and maximum 4 adults per two bedroom suite and/or villa - inclusive of breakfast and 14% VAT - subject to change without prior notice * We recommend a minimum stay of two nights throughout the year Children Policy * This policy applies to all persons from 0 up to and including 11 years old * Persons from 12 years & older are considered as adults and will therefore require their own suite/villa at the applicable rates 0 - 3 year old (sharing suite with adults) - are accommodated in a cot at no additional cost and inclusive of breakfast - depending on the availability of cots and/or suites/villas with a sleeper couch - are not permitted in the spa area 4 - 11 year old (sharing suite with adults) - are accommodated on a sleeper couch at R150.00 per child per night, inclusive of breakfast - depending on the availability suites / villas with a sleeper couch - are not permitted in the spa area * Children occupying their own suite/villa will be charged at the applicable suite/villa rate * Sleeper couches can accommodate a maximum of two children per sleeper couch, depending on their age * Cots can accommodate a maximum of one child per cot * Suites/villas accommodating children sharing with parents contains one sleeper couch per room * Child minding facilities are available at an additional cost by prior arrangement Travel Information Insurance * We highly recommend that travel insurance is taken out Transfers * Transfers can be arranged with reservations on request at additional costs * All transfers are handled by accredited car hire and charter companies * All transfers must be arranged prior to arrival Payment * 25% Deposit will be required within 14 days of reservation being made * Balance will be required 30 days prior to arrival * Full pre payment will be required at time of booking for reservations made within 30 days of arrival Cancellations Peak Season (20 December - 10 January) * Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from reservations * 50% of fee if cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival * 100% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival General * Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from reservations * 25% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival * 50% of fee if cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival * 100% of fee if cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival Group / Conference: Deposit, Payment and Cancellation * This policy applies to bookings of five (5) or more suites/villas - A minimum of a 2 night stay applies through out the year * A 10% non-refundable deposit may be requested at the time of booking in order to secure rooms, depending on size of group * A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable 90 days prior to arrival * A 100% non-refundable payment 60 days prior to arrival * One (1) complimentary suite will be reserved for a group greater than 10 suites, subject to availability and inclusive of accommodation only |
