La Cachette B&B has five comfortable, charming bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom with shower. The rooms offer quality amenities which include a refrigerator, microwave, television, personal safe, radio / CD player, beach chairs and coffee / tea making facilities.
Each room has easy access via a private entrance and it's own private balcony / patio with exceptional sea views of the ocean and South Africa's national flower, the Protea. A delicious English or Continental breakfast is served in the 1st floor breakfast room with stunning views over the bay. There is a spacious guest lounge with a fireplace, books, games and binoculars. Braai (barbecue) facilities enable guests to enjoy a great South African braai (barbecue) overlooking the ocean. High speed internet, email and fax facilities are also available for the guests to use.
La Cachette is situated only 100 metres from the beach and within walking distance of a penguin colony. There is a wide range of facilities and activities nearby and in the surrounding areas of Betty's Bay. These various activities include swimming, surfing, body boarding, fishing and diving. For the less adventurous, there are wonderful hiking trails in the Kogelberg Reserve and excellent restaurants, coffee shops, shellfish bars. |
