| Terms and Conditions |
| All Reservations, cancellations and amendments are to be made with the reservations office and confirmed in writing via e-mail or facsimile. Any cancellation of a reservation must be in writing and shall only be effective upon acknowledged receipt by Karongwe Lodges, otherwise cancellation charges shall apply as below. Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival as well as a rooming list, failure to comply will result in the provisional reservation being cancelled. The onus is with the originator to forward proof of payment to the Reservations office in order to secure the reservation. Cancellation Policy 28 to 22 days prior to arrival - 25% 21 to 15 days prior to arrival - 50% 14 to 08 days prior to arrival - 65% 07 to 0 days prior to arrival - 80% |
