Established in 1991 Kirby Lodge is a 75 year old thatched Country house nestled in 15 acres of subtropical garden with a wide variation of birdlife. We ensure a cosy atmosphere and individual service.

Kirby Lodge is delightfully different and combines an atmosphere of old charm with a unique modern style. A seasonal table d’hote menu is served every evening, and special dietary requirements are catered for on request. To complete your meal select a South African wine from our wine list.

We are just 15 min from the White River Golf Estate, 20 min to Kruger National Park, and the mountains of Swaziland and the beaches of Mozambique are a little more then 2 hours away.

Kirby Lodge is under Swiss family management and English, German and French are spoken. This is an ideal place for workshops, theatres, and therapies. Children are welcome, gay friendly.
