| Check In: 08h00 Check Out: 20h00 Children / Sharing Policy Karkloof regret the restricted age of residents is 12 years of age. All guests are classified as Young Adults. Standard Rate will apply. Each Boutique Villa will accommodate maximum 2 guests per Villa. Booking Procedures Confirmation of Reservation will be sent via email within 24 hours of receiving reservation request. Karkloof will require all information of Reservation i.e. number of guests; number of Boutique or Tented Villas; required dates and any other services/requirements in order to complete reservation. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival, will only be held on a Provisional Basis for 72 hours, unless otherwise requested. Should Karkloof not receive confirmation of reservation within 72 hours, the reservation will be automatically released. Reservations made outside 30 days, will be held for 7 days on a Provisional Basis. Deposits - FIT A Deposit will be required for each Reservation within 7 days of confirming, in order to avoid cancellation of reservation. 20% Payment upon Confirmation. 80% Payment 30 days prior to Arrival. Bookings made within 30 days will be required to prepay full amount upon Confirmation. Deposits - GROUPS A Deposit will be required for each Group within 7 days of confirming, in order to avoid cancellation of rooms. 20% Payment upon Confirmation. 30% Payment 60 days prior to Arrival. 50% Payment 30 days prior to Arrival. DAY TRIPS Same as above or FIT/Individual Travelers, a reservation will not be classified as confirmed/secured until a deposit payment has been received by Karkloof Spa. Cancellation Policies Karkloof Spa reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees on cancellation of applicable reservation/s. Karkloof will have the right to cancel a Reservation should payment conditions not be adhered to. Payment Due Dates will be advised by the Reservations Department. FIT / INDIVIDUAL 30 Days Cancellation: 100% Cancellation Fee. 31 - 40 Days Cancellation: 50% Cancellation Fee. Should a reservation be changed to a later stage of travelling i.e. cancelling initial dates, the guest/s need to travel within 30 days of original date in order to avoid Cancellation Fees. GROUPS Bookings are classified as a Group when reserving 5 suites or more. 30 Days Cancellation: 100% Cancellation Fee. 31 - 60 Days Cancellation: 50% Cancellation Fee. 61 - 90 Days Cancellation: 20% Cancellation Fee. |
