Single: R600 per person per night (including breakfast)
Sharing: R400 per person per night (including breakfast)
Classic Room
Single: R700 per person per night (including breakfast)
Sharing: R450 per person per night (including breakfast)
Dinners are available at an extra charge.
Rates for conference packages are available on request.
50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The balance is payable before or on the day of arrival.
For reservations made 0 - 7 days before the actual date of arrival, 100% of the entire stay / conference is payable.
We will confirm your booking via email once we receive proof of payment via fax / mail.
The faxed copy of your deposit receipt secures your booking.
Cancellation Policy
If guests cancel on arrival or during their stay, the full payment due will be levied. No show will result in 100% of the stay levied. In the event of premature departure we may charge for full extent of stay, which was booked and confirmed. If guests cancel between 0 - 13 days before date of arrival, or if there is a no show, full payment is forfeited. If guests cancel between 14 - 21 days before date of arrival, 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited. If guests cancel 22 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit is fully refundable.
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation with full banking details, the guest house will refund the applicable amount, within 7 working days. The guest house levies an 18% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds be paid into a Swift bank account, an additional R185 charge will be levied.
