Nestled in the Melville Koppies, JeanJean Guest House & Conference Centre makes a statement of modern, classical excellence, combined with personalized attention to detail, a real home away from home. All of our rooms are spacious and they have double bedrooms with queen size beds and cotton bed linen of the best quality. Most of the rooms overlook the Melville Koppies and the beautiful surrounding parks. Each room has a private bathroom (bath and shower facilities), built-in cupboards, stylish furniture, tea / coffee making facilities, a fully stocked mini bar, hairdryer, bath robes, radio, telephone, lock up safe, and big screen satellite television. Air-conditioners have been fitted in all of the units. Six of the rooms each have their own private balcony / patio and one of the suites also has a jacuzzi bath plus a shower in the en-suite bathroom. We also cater for disabled guests. No smoking is allowed in the rooms. A laundry service and internet facilities (ADSL and Wi-fi) are also available. The guest house offers safe, secure parking and total security. Braai (barbecue) areas are provided on the premises. The establishment also offers conference facilities with attractive packages according to the guest's requirements.

50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The balance is payable before or on the day of arrival.
For reservations made 0 - 7 days before the actual date of arrival, 100% of the entire stay / conference is payable.
We will confirm your booking via email once we receive proof of payment via fax / mail.
The faxed copy of your deposit receipt secures your booking.
Cancellation Policy
If guests cancel on arrival or during their stay, the full payment due will be levied. No show will result in 100% of the stay levied. In the event of premature departure we may charge for full extent of stay, which was booked and confirmed. If guests cancel between 0 - 13 days before date of arrival, or if there is a no show, full payment is forfeited. If guests cancel between 14 - 21 days before date of arrival, 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited. If guests cancel 22 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit is fully refundable.
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation with full banking details, the guest house will refund the applicable amount, within 7 working days. The guest house levies an 18% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds be paid into a Swift bank account, an additional R185 charge will be levied.

Then turn right into Kings Way and at the 3rd robot (at Campus Square) turn right into University road, which becomes Main Street. At the second robot (at May's Chemist) turn left towards Melville on Westdene side and at the circle, the road splits. Take Ayr Road to your right and continue downhill. Then turn left into Winchester Street. JeanJean Guest House is the last building on your left, corner of Winchester and Avalanche Street (the main entrance is in Avalanche Street).
