Arrived at 17.10 on Monday 19.9.2011 only to be told that no booking was made by RCI!! Although fully booked and busy with upgrading accommodation, Jo made a plan and provided not only the requested accommodation, but an upgrade as well!! Very friendly and helpful staff and an amazing experience. Thank you Jo and Diane.
