The relaxed atmosphere at Ironwood Lodge is created through warm hospitality, spacious well equipped accommodation and tranquility. The unspoilt beaches are a playground for both young and old during the day, and at night the sound of the waves is a potion for sleep. There are plenty wonderful ways to start the day, one of the best is to wake to birds singing their claim to the indigenous garden.

All our units are sea facing, spacious, and en-suite with a lounge area. The units that are situated upstairs have covered terraces, and the ones that are downstairs have private gardens. The bedroom areas are either separate or have been incorporated into the units. All units have kitchenettes (tea and coffee are provided), and are all air-conditioned. The upstairs units are equipped with ceiling fans. Bed linen, bath towels, and hairdryers are also available in the units.

Garden fresh fruit and vegetables find their way to the breakfast and dinner table every day. Fresh seafood is our speciality but our home cooking also covers traditional recipes. The lodge also has a conference venue that can seat 20 with plenty space to walk around the seated guests. Break away rooms include "Dashing Dan's pub", the lounge and dining room, the gazebos at the pool and the breakfast verandah. Flip chart and projector screen provided as well as other equipment on request. Facilities we offer are meant to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. Local activities, some five minutes away others an hours drive, will add to your enjoyment.
