Cancellation Policy
100% cancellation charge for accommodation if cancelled 7 or fewer days in advance.
(This is also applicable to all non-arrivals)
50% cancellation charge if cancelled between 8 and 14 days prior to arrival.
The above policy is also applicable to all non-arrivals for which no written cancellation has been received.

Travel on Oxford Road towards Johannesburg from Rosebank, when you get to Riviera Road, turn left into Riviera Road at traffic lights and travel along Riviera Road passing through two sets of traffic lights towards M1 highway. You shall pass the Killarney Mall on your right hand side, thereafter you shall cross over the M1 highway. At the end of Riviera Road there will be a set of traffic lights, turn right into West Street and you shall see a left one-way turn (3rd Avenue). Drive past this road and take the next road left into 2nd Avenue. Keep driving straight ahead until you reach a stop street, cross over the stop street and we are the second house on the right - No. 10.
From Sandton / N1 South
Take the M1 South and travel Southwards, passing the following off-ramps: Corlett Drive, Athol Oaklands, Glenhove, 11th Avenue. Take the Riviera Road off-ramp and turn left at top of the off-ramp. At set of traffic lights turn right into West Street and you will see a left one-way turn (3rd Avenue). Drive past this road and take the next road left into 2nd Avenue. Keep driving straight ahead until you reach a stop street, cross over the stop street and we are the second house on the right - No. 10.
From OR Tambo International Airport
Take the R24 to Johannesburg, look for the M2 to Johannesburg. Take the M2 to Johannesburg and from the M2 you take the M1 North (Sandton). Once you are traveling on the M1 North, look for the Houghton Drive turn-off. Take the Houghton Drive off-ramp and at the top of road go right up Houghton Drive, then turn left into Central Avenue. From Central Avenue, turn right into 2nd Avenue and we are on the right hand side of 2nd Avenue - No.10.
