Hoopoe Haven is a small and peaceful country guest house in beautiful Chartwell, situated close to Fourways, Dainfern golf course, 3 shopping malls, Lanseria and live theatre at Broadacres and Montecasino.

The guest house is a beautiful brand new thatch house with luxurious finishings including sandstone tiles, cherrywood cupboards, granite counter tops and quality furniture, designed for comfortable living. Facilities available include a fully equipped kitchen, luxury lounge with satellite TV (DSTV), family room, two bar areas, upstairs braai (barbecue) and patio area, swimming pool, ADT security and electric fencing. The lodge has 5 rooms (2 en-suite) as well as a fully equipped self catering two bedroom cottage. All the rooms are fitted with satellite TV (DSTV).

The establishment is positioned on 2 acres of landscaped gardens in the countryside with horse trails and a beautiful view of the Magaliesburg Mountains. It is a place to relax and unwind in the peace and quiet of the countryside. One can watch the magnificent birdlife, (over 50 different bird species have been spotted here, including guinea fowl, plovers, hoopoes, barbets and shrikes to name a few) while you have a sundowner or a braai (barbecue) on the balcony or a cooling swim in our crystal clear pool, with a beautiful sunset in the background.
