| 50% deposit required to secure reservation. Full balance payable on arrival. Cancellation Policy If cancelled 30 days or more before date of arrival, 10% admin fee will be charged, and the balance of deposit refunded. If cancelled 14 - 30 days before date of arrival, 50% of total booking fee will be charged. If cancelled within 14 days of date of arrival, or in case of a 'no-show' the total price of the reservation will be charged. Should we receive a booking after a cancellation has been made the above cancellation fees will be waived - less a 10% of the total value of the booking administration fee. Check In / Out Times Check In - 2.00pm Check Out - 11.00am We will try to accommodate early check-in and late check-out, if possible. Discounts We offer discounts for long terms bookings, children under 10 yrs sharing, and for guests who have stayed with us before. We also provide cots and high chairs for babies, and air beds for younger children, free of charge - one per room. Breakfasts We do not provide breakfasts, but we can provide a breakfast basket, at cost, on arrival in each suite, if requested in advance. Each apartment has tea, coffee, sugar, milk, sparkling water and quality toiletries on arrival. |
