DESCRIPTION:
 
Happy Valley Lodge is situated on a small citrus farm in the heart of the Franschhoek Winelands. We offer 2 charming family cottages. Each cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests, plus we also have a honeymoon cottage which is situated on the bank of the Franschhoek River. Snuggle around a cosy fire in winter, or in summer relax next to the sparkling pool in the shade of oak trees on the banks of the river.

Enjoy mountain walks in the beautiful quiet surroundings, two famous wine estates are within walking distance as are three restaurants. The town of Franschhoek, with its delightful shops and award winning restaurants is only a short drive away. We are less than an hour away from Cape Town and the beautiful white beaches of the Strand are even closer.

Children: R125 per child per night (3 - 16 years) in family cottage

Adults: R280 per person per night
Children: R140 per child per night (3 - 16 years) in family cottage

Honeymoon Cottage

Adults: R300 per person per night

November 2007 - May 2008

Adults: R350 per person per night

50% deposit is required to confirm booking.

DIRECTIONS:
 
Take the Exit 47 from N1 highway and turn right, cross over the four-way stop. Take the next turn to your left onto the R45. Turn right at T-junction and follow the route to Franschhoek. Shortly after La Motte Estate you will see the road sign for Happy Valley Road and then turn right. The Happy Valley Lodge is second property on the left hand side.
