Single: R550 per person per night, breakfast included
Sharing: R400.00 per person per night, breakfast included
Rates are R50.00 less, breakfast excluding
Self Catering Units (sleeps 2 - 4)
Single: R400 per person per night, excluding breakfast
Sharing: R250 per person per night, excluding breakfast
Should you wish to include breakfast, it would cost R50.00 per person additionally
Extra 3 / 4 person sharing: R150 per person per night

In the event of premature departure we reserve the right to charge for the full original booking, failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit or full charge will be charged for. Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 85% of the deposit or 30% of the booking quote value, whichever the greater. Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit or 30% of the booking total, whichever is the greater.
Once you send your credit card details through you accept that the establishment has the right to charge your card for the entire stay and any or all other costs. All refunds will be done upon receipt of the deposit slip and once the deposit reflects on our statements this could take up to one working week for all documents to be received, this is non negotiable.
The cancellation policy is in line with the new consumer protection act in South Africa 2011. |
