It is your extreme dream of romanticism on the waterfront with direct access to the Steenkampsberg Nature Reserve. A place where you can drink champagne on the top of the Suikerboschkop Mountain, with its Anglo Boer war history, while the chill mist rises from the lake at dusk, filling your thoughts with the secrets of an open fire until you relax blinking and dozing ... or bath in front of the fireplace in your room by candle light. Breathe the high altitude air while your reel's ratchet pears the early morning silence, as you prepare for the cast at the unaware trout that swirls around the "biesie and palmiet".

The Fox & Squirrel is a luxurious self catering cottage situated on the waterfront of the Dullstroom Dam. It is the ideal breakaway for friends who love their privacy and space. There are three luxurious rooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. Each room has its own bathroom facilities and features CD players and electric blankets. The two double rooms also have their own fireplaces with gas heaters as an alternative.

The kitchen is equipped with all that the cook may desire and the Fox & Squirrel is fully serviced. The spacious lounge has DSTV, a video player, fireplace and dining facilities. Sliding doors open onto the furnished patio with a Weber braai (barbecue) for the adventurous cook. The Fox & Squirrel is located in a secure housing estate. It also offers FREE fly fishing in the Dullstroom Dam! Each guest is allowed to keep 2 trout per day. It is the ideal venue for groups of 4 to 6 friends who want to break away in luxury.
