The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
Peak Season (15 December to 15 January)
House Rental: R3124 per day
High Season (October to April - excluding Peak Season period)
House Rental: R2255 per day
Low Season (May to September)
House Rental: R1595 per day

Ours is a non-smoking establishment. We do ask you to sign our non-smoking agreement which forms part of our Client Information form.
Deposit and Final Payment
A non refundable 30% deposit is required within 5 working days of your enquiry in order to confirm your booking.
The remaining 70% is required to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Breakages / Loss Deposit
A refundable "breakages / loss" deposit of between R2000 and R5000 (short term to long term lets) is required to be paid together with your 70% final payment. These monies are kept in trust and returned to you one week after departure following a satisfactory inventory count.
Cancellation Policy
30% deposit paid is not refundable if booking is cancelled.
70% final payment will be refunded if a new booking replaces the cancelled one.
If a new booking only partly replaces the cancelled booking, a pro rata refund will be given. |
