Our rates are based on the following: - Bookings are per couple (or two adults) staying
- Per person per night
- Dinner (gourmet meals), bed and breakfast
- Single bookings attract a 20% surcharge
- Kingfisher and Weaver are booked on a minimum "two night" or more stay basis

Terms applying to bookings
Payment and Confirmation
Accommodation is by appointment only. Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable accommodation deposit. Balance plus drinks due on the morning of the last day of your stay.
Cancellation
Must be received in writing within 14 days of your booking date. This can be done by e-mail, letter or fax. This will be confirmed with you in writing and you will be given a cancellation number. Your 50% deposit is non-refundable regardless of when you cancel.
A transfer of dates can be considered in leiue of a cancellation and in this case there will be no penalties or loss of deposits.
