The Feathered Nest Guest Farm is just the four star oasis you seek. Small, up-market, exclusive and romantic. Enjoy the splendour and privacy of our beautifully restored farm-house estate and working farm. Farm-house accommodation is available in two double rooms with sharing bathroom, or for extra privacy we have spacious, private, individually appointed and fully serviced luxury cottages each with verandah, cosy fire place, bath, enclosed outside shower and drinks fridge.
Unwind and be pampered with personal service, attention to detail and relaxed atmosphere. Feast on gourmet food freshly prepared by our inventive cuisiniere, and served in our small, intimate dining room complete with fireplace. Relax and chill as you wander through the manicured garden or stretch your legs walking in the 120ha of bushveld with sweeping views of the Magaliesberg range. Study the birds in our rehabilitation centre or take your binoculars and spot the spectacular bird life on the property. Enjoy the privacy of the tree enveloped Jacuzzi or sit around the swimming pool with sundowners from the adjacent outdoor bar and lounge area.
Day / longer tours available to the surrounding places of interest or further afield (Kruger National Park or Madikwe Game Reserve) or take a day tour to the Pilanesberg National Park with qualified tourist guides.

Terms applying to bookings
Payment and Confirmation
Accommodation is by appointment only. Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable accommodation deposit. Balance plus drinks due on the morning of the last day of your stay.
Cancellation
Must be received in writing within 14 days of your booking date. This can be done by e-mail, letter or fax. This will be confirmed with you in writing and you will be given a cancellation number. Your 50% deposit is non-refundable regardless of when you cancel.
A transfer of dates can be considered in leiue of a cancellation and in this case there will be no penalties or loss of deposits.

Making a booking at the Feathered Nest is strictly by Appointment Only.
For this reason alone we do not give out directions to the farm but will provide these via email or fax at the time of booking.
Should you be flying in as an international guest, one of these scenarios could apply:
1) Fly to Oliver Thambo Internationla Airport - (old Johannesburg International Airport) - and we can make the arrangements to collect you from the airport.
2) Should you be travelling in and around Johannesburg area before coming to the Feathered Nest, we could collect you from any other area in the Johannesburg area, or Lanseria Airport.
3) Fly to Pilansberg Airport - selected flights only.
