| Cancellations * In the event of premature departure, there will be no refund. * Cancellation 0-8 weeks before date of arrival, or no-show - visitor forfeits 100% of funds paid to date. * Cancellation 2-6 months before date of arrival - visitor forfeits 50% of funds paid to date. * Cancellation greater than 6 months before date of arrival - visitor forfeits 25% of funds paid to date. Payments * Only electronic bank transfers or cash deposits are accepted. * If making a cash deposit, the banking charges are added to the invoice total. * A BOOKING IS ONLY CONFIRMED ONCE PROOF OF FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Terms and Conditions of the Booking * Our cottages will accommodate a MAXIMUM of 6 guests for a 6 sleeper unit and a MAXIMUM of 8 guests for an 8 sleeper unit. This maximum number includes children from the age of 18 months. ONLY CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MONTHS ARE NOT COUNTED. * All sundry bills must be settled directly with the resort prior to departure date. * NO PETS ALLOWED. * All bookings are subject to availability. * All tariffs are subject to change without notification and are inclusive of VAT. |
