Conditions of Resevations
1. An enquiry does not confirm a booking, therefore bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of Government order or voucher from a recognised travel agent or proof of payment (full amount or 50% of the total amount of the booking.).
2. Check in time is between 14h30 and 22h00 and checkout time is anytime not later than 10h30.
3. All cancellations done in less than 48 hours before the check in date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount of the boooking.
4. We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage of valuble items suchas jewelry, electrical appliances or cars while on the premises.
