• A 50% deposit is payable to secure your reservation.
• The balance is payable by latest five days prior to client's arrival.
• Check in time after 14h00 - or otherwise by prior arrangement. Check out time 10h00 - or otherwise by prior arrangement.
• Ekukhanyeni is a non-smoking establishment.
Cancellation Policy
A 25% of total booking cost cancellation fee will be levied on confirmed bookings cancelled 4 weeks and more prior to arrival.
A 50% of total booking cost cancellation fee will be levied on confirmed bookings cancelled 2 - 4 weeks before arrival.
A 75% of total booking cost cancellation fee will be levied on bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival.
Full payment is payable on confirmed bookings cancelled within 5 days of arrival or not arriving without prior arrangement.
Please note that a 10% bank charge will be levied on all credit card and bank transfer payments that are cancelled. |
