Check-In Times
Reception is open from 7.00am - 9.30pm Mon - Sat, and 9am - 9.30pm Sun. Guests are asked to check in between 3.00pm and 9.30pm on day of arrival and check-out no later than 11am on day of departure. DUCK INN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE CHECK-IN OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS. Guests who have made prior arrangements to arrive after 9.30pm will be shown their rooms by the security staff.
Booking Cancellations, Changes and No-Shows
The first night is charged at time of booking for all reservations. For all bookings for one week (6 nights) or more a 50% deposit is taken at time of booking. There is a standard 72 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY, on all booked nights. A cancellation must be made by 3pm, 72 hour prior to the stay date. In the case of prior cancellation the first night's accommodation will be refunded back to the credit card used at time of booking. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of your stay date, then the first night's charge will not be refunded.
Any further nights, that are not re-booked, will be charged to the credit card details provided to secure the booking. Invoices will be provided for all transactions. Guests that fail to show on date of check-in and fail to inform us within our reception hours will be subject to FULL CHARGE of the entire booking, and their remaining booking cancelled. All charges will be made to the credit card used at time of booking and invoices issued accordingly. |
