Donkin Country House is an upmarket 3 star guest house situated in Beaufort West, which caters for business people and families alike. All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, with air-conditioning and satellite TV (DSTV). The various facilities available at the guest house include a swimming pool, gymnasium, licensed bar and safe, secure parking.
In the morning our guests can enjoy our full English breakfast. Breakfasts consists of filter coffee / different tea's / orange juice, cereals (with hot or cold milk), muesli (with a choice of yoghurts), toast with a choice of jams, cheese, and a lovely hot meal (eggs, fried tomato, 2 strips of bacon). In the evening we offer our guests a real traditional South African cooked dinner by candlelight with Karoo lamb. It is a set menu, consisting of a Karoo lamb dish, with 3 vegetables, a salad and pudding. Our cuisine is superb and prepared with our historical background kept in mind.
This is a family operation, with Attie and Karin Arnoldi as your friendly hosts.

Travelling towards to Cape Town, entering into Beaufort West continue driving straight through the circle in Donkin Street. You will find us situated on the right hand side, just after you enter the town. The guest house is located at No. 14 Donkin Street.
From Aberdeen / Graaff-Reinet
Entering into Beaufort West, at the second traffic light turn right towards Johannesburg. Continue driving in Donkin Street and you will find us situated at No. 14 on the left hand side, in the northern end of the town.
