| TARIFFS ARE QUOTED: Inclusive of 14% V.A.T. In South African Rands. TARIFFS CHANGES: All tariffs quoted are subject to change, without prior notice, however fully paid bookings will be honoured. TARIFFS INCLUDE: Accommodation. Certain activities and facilities. TARIFFS EXCLUDE: Curio shop & Deli purchases. Meals (* Unless otherwise indicated). Drinks. Telephone calls. Tourism Levy. Laundry services. Gate entry fees (R30 per person - subject to change). Babysitting. Certain activities. Beach towels. CHILDREN: Children (0- 12yrs) of all ages are welcome at most of the properties. Babysitters available (at extra cost). Children’s programs are available on request (at an extra cost). Children under 12 yrs pay 50%. No charge for children under 2yrs. TOUR GUIDES: Tour Guides can be accommodated subject to availability (may only be confirmed last minute). Confirm rate with your dedicated reservations contact. PAYMENT: 50% Deposit at time of booking is required to confirm accommodation. Balance payable 6 week prior to stay *Extras may be settled at reception upon departure. We accept all credit cards. CANCELLATIONS: Our cancellation policy is as follows: If booking is cancelled after confirmation, the deposit will be forfeited In addition the following fees will, be levied: Six weeks or lessbefore arrival - 75% of full amount Two weeks or less before arrival - 100% of full amount ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE: Guests may arrive any time from 14h00, and rooms are to be vacated by 10h00. WHAT TO TAKE: Comfortable walking shoes. Sun hat. Sunglasses. Sun block. Cameras and binoculars. Light, neutral coloured clothing. Swimming costume. Warm jackets are essential in winter (May - October). Beach Towels. GATE ENTRANCE FEES: Gates open at 07h00 & close at 18h00 (except Fridays - open until 19h00). Gate entrance fee into the De Hoop Nature Reserve will be invoiced with accommodation (R30.00 per person - subject to change, late arrival fee of R75.00 to be paid at the gate). ROAD TRANSFERS: Road transfers available on request, speak to you reservations contact *Gate entry fee also will be invoiced with accommodation (R30 per person - subject to change) Breaking of the reserve rules: De Hoop Collection/Cape Nature reserves the right to deny access or to evict guests who do not adhere to the rules and regulations of the De Hoop Collection/Cape Nature and/or its reserves. Money paid for these bookings will be forfeited. These rules include, but are not limited to the following: * No pets allowed on reserves, * No collection of bait, removing, damaging or disturbing of fauna or flora * Rowdy or unwanted behaviour * Exceeding the guest quantity of booking You enter the reserve at your own risk and De Hoop Collection/Cape Nature will not be held liable for any loss/damages sustained.
