Information about Daisy Country Lodge

Namaqualand is known for its spring flowers, its rare succulents, its unique indigenous plants, its rich history, hospitality, unreal rock formations and the Richtersveld. Daisy Country Lodge is situated in the heart of Namaqualand, 3 km outside Springbok on 25 hectares. Only one hour's drive from the Namibian border and nearly half way between Cape Town, RSA and Windhoek Namibia, it is truly a haven in this semi desert area.

With lots to do and see at Daisy and the surrounding towns, this is a destination worth visiting over a few days. Bring the kids and / or your manageable pets for a relaxing break in a farmstyle environment, where you can take walks in the surrounding koppies, ride horses, cycle or run freely in the valleys. After a day full of fun and adventure you can relax at our pool, enjoy a nightcap at the restaurant or just enjoy the brilliant stars and fresh unpolluted air.

We have one self catering unit sleeping four; two family rooms, sleeping three and four people respectively; four double rooms, one disabled room and one luxurious suite, one single room. All of these rooms are individually decorated. We offer a full farmstyle breakfast and have an a' la carte restaurant on the premises. The premises is wheelchair friendly.

All our rooms have private outside entrances, high quality white linen, air-conditioning, heating, satelite TV, mini-bar and tea / coffee making facilities. Activities that can be arranged include horse trails, picnics, historical tours, hicking, golfing, 4x4 trails, river rafting and mountain biking amongst others.
