At the top of Robber's Pass on the historic old road to Pilgrim's Rest lies Crystal Springs Mountain Lodge, a picturesque resort situated on 5 000 hectares of pristine countryside. Beautiful gardens combine with exquisite natural scenery create a haven incorporating spectacular cliffs and gorges, forests, sweeping views, murmuring streams, plunging waterfalls and cool pools. Birdlife is plentiful and wild animals such as zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, antelope and leopard populate the nature reserve.

Our facebrick and thatch lodges vary from one to three bedrooms. The three-bedroom lodge is a stand-alone single storey unit that sleeps six in comfort. Our apartments are double storey two-bedroomed townhouse style facebrick and thatch units. They sleep 4 people in comfort, with 8 units, joined together in a row. Our clubhouse suites are hotel room style units in an apartment style block, sleeping a maximum of two in comfort. All units have well equipped kitchens / kitchenettes, lounge, fireplace and TV.

Facilities are abound and cater to the whole family. Many activities centre around the great outdoors.

Crystal Springs is conveniently situated for easy access to Mpumalanga's attractions, from historic Pilgrim's Rest to the nearby towns of Sabie and Graskop. Nearby too are the spectacular Blyde River Canyon, God's Window and the interesting rock formations of the Bourke's Luck Portholes. An hour's drive from Crystal Springs is the world famous Kruger National Park - home to the "Big Five".
