Weekends
R1200 for the whole cottage per night - sleeps 6 (for 2 nights then seasonal rates will apply)
Long Weekends
R1500 for the whole cottage per night - sleeps 6 (for 3 nights then seasonal rates will apply)

A cleaning levy of R350 is applicable.
A key / breakage deposit of R1000 will be required. This deposit will be refunded on checking of the inventory list once property is vacated and all is found to be in order.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellation 61 plus days prior to occupancy 75% of deposit refunded.
Cancellation 31 to 60 days prior to occupancy 50% of deposit refunded.
Cancellation 16 to 30 days prior to occupancy 15% of total cost refunded.
Cancellation less than 15 days prior to occupancy 10% of total cost refunded.
We regret to advise that, due to abuse, should it be found that there are more occupants residing in The Cottage than have been booked for, you will be asked to vacate the property with immediate effect and no refund will be payable for the balance of the stay. |
