Each room has its own private entrance and en-suite bathroom. We are about 100m away from the water with a lovely dam / mountain view and Cocomo has a very romantic feeling and on request we create an even more romantic atmosphere with rose petals onf the bed, chilled champagne, flowers and candles next to the jacuzzi bath. Situated in the hart of Hartbeespoort, we are very close to the CBD with the main shopping complex and restaurants within 1.5km away. The entrance to the dam is within walking distance. It is in less than an hour's drive from Pretoria and Johannesburg which allows for the convenience of not having to travel too far, yet escapes the hectic city buzz.
Our full equipped conference facility combined with the peaceful and tranquil environment creates a setting that is ideal for getting down to business for those seeking a secluded uncommercialised atmosphere. • Take the Hans Strydom road which becomes the Lanseria road
• Carry straight on with Lanseria all the way
• At the T-junction, (T-junction green Grocer in front of you), turn right
• Carry straight on (Passing Necsa Pelindaba on right)
• Take the Hartbeespoort / N4 Pretoria off-ramp to the left
• Take the Hartbeespoort off-ramp to the left (Excel garage in front of you)
• Carry straight on over the mountain (Passing Jasmyn wind mill on left hand side and Caltex Garage on right hand side)
• At the second stop sign, turn left (O'Hagins and KFC at the corner)
• At the traffic circle, turn left again
• Carry straight on, passing the stop sign
• You are now in Ou Wapad road. Carry straight on (passing Dreiers centre and an Excel Garage on the right). Don't turn left here into Canon Crescent. It makes a loop.
• Pass another stop sign and traffic circle
• At the second stop sign, turn right into Cannon Crescent (This is the last street, one closest to the dam)
• Cocomo Guesthouse is Cannon Crescent number 16 (A big white house with many palm trees and third house from the corner)

Directions from Pretoria: Via the N4 Platinum Highway (N1), NOT the N4 toll road from Pretoria-west
• Take the N4 Platinum Highway (N1) north of Pretoria heading to Rustenburg.
• After the second pay point, take the Hartbeespoort/Brits off-ramp
• Turn left at the off-ramp towards Hartbeespoort, away from Brits
• Carry straight on, passing a Sasol garage on your right
• Still carry straight on, over the mountain (Silkaatsnek)
• The road will make a turn. At the turn, take the off-turn on your right to Hartbeespoortdam
• Carry straight on until you get to a 4-ways crossing (Total garage on your left hand side). Turn left at the 4-ways crossing.
• At the second stop sign, turn right (O’Hagins and KFC at the corner)
• At the traffic circle, turn left again
• Carry straight on, passing the stop sign
• You are now in Ou Wapad road. Carry straight on (passing Dreyers centre and an Excel Garage on the right). Don’t turn left here into Canon Crescent. It makes a loop.
