| 50% of the total payment is required to secure a booking. The balance is due 2 weeks before arrival in high season or by arrangement. Low Season discounts of up to 20% for PENSIONERS & STAYS OF 4 NIGHTS OR LONGER.Please enquire at Trail Office. Minimum Stay Peak Season (16th December - 3th January): 5 nights Easter Weekend: 3 nights Other long weekends: 2 nights Additional Information Check in: 14h00 - 20h00 (unless a prior arrangement is made) Check out: 10h00 (unless a prior arrangement is made) Key / Breakage deposit - R250 Mountain Bike Trails, Bike Hire and Fishing: Please enquire at Trail Office. Nature Reserve Levy: Please enquire at Trail Office. Meals (by prior arrangement) Breakfast: R35 per person Dinner: R70 per person Breakfast & Lunch also at Clearwater Taverna Terms & Conditions Late cancellations in peak season: 7 days or less: forfeit deposit 8 - 20 days: forfeit 50% deposit 21 - 30 days: forfeit 25% deposit No refunds for early departures or postponements. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. Bring your own swimming towels. Bring own Smartcard for full DSTV. Do not feed Monkeys or Baboons. |
