Chinaka Lodge, is a 3 star, beautiful, quaint bush lodge. Situated in Vivo, Limpopo Province (far Northern area of South Africa).
The accommodation at the lodge consists of four one bedroom chalets with en-suite bathrooms. Each chalet has air-conditioning (hot & cold), tea / coffee stations, linen, towels and bathroom amenities.
Our dining area overlooks an active waterhole, where animals such as rhino, buffalo and antelope come to drink. Patrick will prepare delicious meals which can be served around the boma under the magnificent expanse of the African sky. Or you could bring your own ingredients and Patrick will prepare your meals for you at a minimal charge. If guests prefer to do self catering - we have a large fully equipped communal kitchen.
A sparkling pool will cool you down during the hot summer months. Or you could relax and do bird viewing from the deck that overlooks the little dam.
The lodge is ideally situated for travelers' en-route to Botswana or Mapungubwe. Guests can admire the beautiful Baobabs located in the vicinity. Experience the Bushman hike & paintings in the surrounding area. Scenic Soutpansberg & Blouberg Mountain range is also situated close by.
Chinaka Lodge offers hunting and photographic safaris.
