| Reservation Policy Reservation to be confirmed in writing with credit card number and expiry date. A 50% deposit of the entire stay is required upon confirmation. Check in times from 15h00. Should you be arriving later than 21h00, please let us know. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. - Less than 7 days forfeit 100% of the deposit - From 7 to 14 days forfeit 75% of the deposit - From 14 to 21 days forfeit 50% of the deposit - From 21 of 18 days forfeit 25% of the deposit No Show In the event of a no show, 100% of the entire booking will be charged. Premature Departure Should the departure be premature, the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged for. Refunds of any monies are at the discretion of management and are dependant on the ability to re-let the room/s. |
