Capeview is situated in a residential estate (Greenways) in the Strand of Helderberg area. The Strand is encircled by beautiful Hottentots Holland Mountains, with its world renowned "fynbos" along False Bay. The beautiful surrounding villages are Gordon's Bay and Somerset West. The Greenways Estate was developed along 1.5km of unspoiled beachfront, with fantastic mountain and sea views.

In the estate golf enthusiasts can enjoy a 9 hole mashi golf course with club facilities and restaurant. There are also tennis courts, swimming pool and walkways along the beachfront. Take N2 from Cape Town International Airport travel for 25km towards Somerset West / Strand. Then take the R44 Broadway turn-off going towards Strand, Beach Road.
