| Note: Arrival time for units is after 2pm. Departure by 10am. The Management and staff of Cape St Francis Resort and Lifestyle Estate and Beach Break are committed to ensure a relaxing and peaceful holiday to our clients. 1. Payments are required to be done directly by bank transfer before arrival of the clients. 2. In the event of a cancellation of a booking the following cancellation policy will apply: 35 to 28 days prior to arrival, forfeit 25% of total accommodation value 28 to 14 days prior to arrrival, forfeit 50% of total accommodation value 14 to 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of total accommodation value Less than 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 80% of total accommodation value. 3.The maximum occupancy of the room/unit may not exceed the maximum numbers stated on the Confirmation of Reservation. 4. Cape St Francis Lifestyle Estate / Beach Break reserve the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time. 5. Our check-in time is 14h00 and our check out is 10h00. We are able to provide change rooms and luggage storage facilities if required which are subject to availability. 6. All rates are net, quoted in South African Rand and are inclusive of Value Added Tax at 14% and exclude a tourism levy of 1% of the accommodation charge. Rates period run from 1st December to 30th November. 7. Children of all ages are welcome. Children over 12 are classified as adults. Children under 12 are charged 25% of the full rates - Club Break only. 8. Cape St Francis Resort and Beach Break support sustainable and fair trade in tourism development in Southern Africa. This covers business performance in relation to social, labour, economic and environmental standards. 9. All reservations, cancellations and amendments should be made in writing between the partners. 10. Malherbe Resort CC, Beach Break (The Proprietors), their agents or employees shall not be held liable for personal injury, death or loss/theft/damage to property that may occur during the guest's stay, on or about the Proprietors premises .The guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatsoever nature including but not limited to that theft, injury, death, loss or damage of whatsoever nature, against the Proprietors, whether arising from the Proprietors, their agents or employees default, negligence or otherwise. 11. No alteration of any of the conditions contained herein shall be binding on either party unless agreed thereto by the other, in writing by a duly authorized representative. |
