Included in Rates
Full English breakfast and 3 course dinner followed by coffee.
Daily housekeeping, regional tourist information, supervised children's activity programme and guided nature walks.
Excluded in Rates
Baby sitting, office facilities with internet and telephone are all available on request.
Laundry and valet service are also available on request.
Payment
Deposit of 50% of the total accommodation charge is required for direct bookings.
Extras may be settled on departure.

3 weeks prior to arrival 50% of full amount
2 weeks prior to arrival 75% of full amount
1 week or less prior to arrival 100% of full amount
