The comfortable individually decorated rooms have TV with M-Net, a fridge, a tea tray, some of the rooms even have their own kitchenette and in the winter time there is a big lounge with a fireplace. Your friendly hosts will assist you in planning your exciting holiday. Guests can walk to the nearby restaurants, shops, sport facilities and the Stellenbosch University.
Caledon Villa is also centrally located to various golf courses and wine estates. Guests can simply relax in our beautiful garden or cool off in the large sparking swimming pool. Safe secure, off-street parking is available for the guests.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit amount serves as guarantee for this reservation. In the event of a cancellation within 14 days prior to the date of arrival or a non-arrival of guests, the deposit will be forfeited to cover losses and costs. However, if other paying guests are found for the same period, the deposit will be refunded.

Drive towards Cape Town from the airport. After traveling for about 3km turn left onto the N2 towards Somerset West. Leave the N2 highway at Exit 33 and drive along the R310 towards Stellenbosch. As you enter Stellenbosch, turn right at the second traffic light into Dorp Street. Follow it for its total length, then drive around a 90 degree turn to the right and then turn left into "The Avenue" and left again into the first street, called Neethling Street. Caledon Villa is situated on your left hand side (No. 7 with parking). Bear in mind that street names in Stellenbosch mostly appear on the sidewalk kerbing.
