Mariki and Reinier invites you to stay with them at the Blue Whale Lodge for a "home from home" experience in their town Mossel Bay situated on the Garden Route, the Eden of South Africa.
Join us for a comfortable stay in a very clean, relaxed and friendly environment. The lodge is an old historical Victorian stone house built in 1860. We can offer you a style of accommodation that fits your budget, a great whale of a breakfast and of course quality service to match. All our comfortable en-suite rooms with private bathrooms offer various amenities including coffee / tea making facilities, bar fridges, ceiling fans and TV's. The establishment has two fully equipped self catering units, the first one can accommodate 4 people and the second one can accommodate 6 people. Braai (barbecue) facilities are available at our splash pool and safe, secure parking is provided for the guests. There is 24 hour internet (ADSL wireless) access, and telephone and fax facilities are available on the premises.
A beautiful sea view can be enjoyed from the top balcony and front patio with the Outeniqua Mountains as a background to the bay. We are very centrally located, close to the point in Mossel Bay where the Cape St Blaize walking trail (approximately 15km) starts at the cave beneath the Cape St Blaize Lighthouse. The lodge is within walking distance of the beach, the centre of town, shops, restaurants and the popular entertainment areas of Mossel Bay. |
