| Terms and Conditions |
| A deposit of 50% of the daily rates will confirm the booking, with the balance due and payable 48 hours (2 days) before arrival. The deposit should be paid in a minimum of 30 days in advance before the commencement of the contracted booking (unless short notice booking). Minimum of 2 nights booking for bookings on weekends. A deposit of R500 will be charged for all self catering bookings & will be refunded 14 days after departure. All other charges to be paid before departure. Deposit Refund Policy From 21 to 28 days guest forfeit 40% of the deposit. From 14 to 21 days forfeit is 50%. From 7 to 14 days forfeit is 75% of deposit. Less than 7 days forfeit full deposit. |
