The apartment consists of a lounge, dining room, kitchen and three double bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size size bed (or 2 twin beds on request) and a beautifully appointed full bathroom and toilet en-suite. Off the main bedroom and lounge are sliding doors that lead onto a sun drenched patio where you can enjoy a drink and a braai (barbecue) whilst you look out at the breaker sea views. The other two bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom and toilet. The unit is air-conditioned and there is also a ceiling fan in the lounge. The kitchen is modern and well appointed with granite counter tops, under counter oven, hob, micro wave, dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV (DSTV select channels). There is also a DVD player in the apartment. WiFi internet access is also available. There is pool in the complex which is for the exclusive use of residents. The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Safe, secure undercover parking is provided.
Ben Siesta is in easy walking distance of the Umhlanga village. There are numerous hotels in the immediate vicinity where children can enjoy ten pin bowling and game arcades. Enjoy a walk along the 5km promenade on the beach or a stroll along the nature trail through the Hawaan Forest which is on the doorstep of the apartment. Ben Siesta is a five minute drive from the Gateway Shopping Centre, twenty minutes drive from Durban, the International Conference Centre (ICC) and uShaka Marine World. King Shaka International Airport is a twenty minute drive from Umhlanga Rocks. There are several world class golf courses in the surrounding vicinity including the prestigious Mount Edgecombe and Zimbali courses. |
