Beach Penthouse is an up-market two bedroom/ two bathroom apartment with a large balcony and stunning sea and mountain views. The apartment is in a small secure complex with a swimming pool and within easy walking distance of an excellent beach and a variety of shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The property has multitude to offer the traveller, be it on holiday or on business. Providing luxurious living to ensure ultimate comfort and pure relaxation, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind or from which to explore the Cape.

The bedrooms are elegantly furnished with percale linen sheets and in the bathrooms you will find fluffy towels and a selection of quality personal care items. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a sliding door leading out to the balcony and the en-suite has a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has two single beds. A second bathroom has a bath, hand shower, toilet and basin. There is ample cupboard space in both bedrooms. It has an open kitchen and dining area and is well equipped with quality cutlery, china, pots and pans, and appliances (washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and a microwave).

Enjoy spectacular views from the living room, open the balcony door and hear the sound of waves and the smell of the ocean. Why not try a braai (barbecue) out on the balcony! The awning erected on the balcony offers shade for those sunny days and can be drawn back manually when the days are cooler.

From Cape Town International Airport

From the airport you must take the N2 in the direction of Cape Town. On the N2 take the exit to the M3 in the direction of Muizenberg. On the M3 go right (at first traffic lights) onto the M63 in the direction of Hout Bay and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Stay on the M63 into Hout Bay. When you drive into Hout Bay continue straight, drive pass two roundabouts. Continue straight after the second roundabout and you will see Luigis Restaurant on your right. Beach Penthouse is located on the opposite side of the road from Luigis and the main entrance to Checkers supermarket.

From Central Cape Town

From Cape Town, head towards Camps Bay. In Camps Bay follow the directions to Llandudno / Hout Bay on the M6 (this is the coastal road). Stay on the M6 into Hout Bay. At the traffic lights continue to drive straight ahead. At the mini roundabout, travel straight towards the beach. At the second roundabout turn left into Princess Street. At the next roundabout turn right into Main Road. You will see Luigis Restaurant on your right. Beach Penthouse is located on the opposite side of the road from Luigis and the main entrance to Checkers supermarket.
