Avoca River Cabins

Avoca River Cabins is comfortably situated along the Sundays River in the Eastern Cape. This is an operational citrus farm, set in tranquil and beautiful surroundings. We are within a short distance from the various villages of Addo and Kirkwood, and the well known Addo Elephant Park is also situated close by. You will find us in the heart of the citrus world and the valley of the roses.

We offer self catering and bed & breakfast accommodation. The various types of rooms and accommodation available include chalets, ethnic mud huts, wood cabins and our popular tree house. The most familiar facade on the farm is the main house with its castle like stature. We have had the opportunity and pleasure of people from across the globe come visit and stay with us.

Our accommodation is there to meet your needs, whether you are a backpacker, traveller, or holidaymaker. It is the perfect stopover for those wanting to visit the famous Addo Elephant Park. We are quite willing to make arrangements, with a private game reserve for exclusive visits and safaris. Many of our guests enjoy visiting Daniell the cheetah breeding camp that is situated in the neighboring vicinity.
