Less than 1 day, forfeit 100% of the full amount.
Less than 7 days, forfeit the full deposit (50% of full amount).
From 7 to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
From 14 to 21 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
From 21 to 28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Travel on the R102 (Louis Fourie Avenue) take the left turn-off to Mossel Bay. Then at the traffic light turn right into Marsh Street and follow the street down into the town. At the corner Marsh / Church Street (Kerk Straat) turn right and follow the street uphill. Pass the school on the left side and turn left into 21st Avenue. Follow the street almost to the end and Avenues Guest House is situated on the left side hand side at No. 23.

Turn off from the N2, and at the traffic lights turn right onto the R102 (Louis Fourie Avenue) and pass the Langeberg Mall on the left side. After driving for approximately 5.2km, take the left turn-off into town (Marsh Street). Downtown at corner Marsh / Church Street (Kerk Straat) turn right into Church Street. Follow the street uphill to the top, drive past the school on the left side and turn left into 21st Avenue. Follow the street almost to the end and Avenues Guest House is situated on the left side hand side at No. 23.
