Ann's House is an environment friendly establishment and so asks that the use of water and electricity be restricted.
Each apartment is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots & pans, bed linen & bath towels (bring own beach towels), soap and cleaning materials. They are serviced once a week. However if servicing is required more frequently there is an additional cost of R100 per day depending. There is a washing machine available for the use of guests at a cost of R50.00 per load of washing (soap powder is supplied). There is also an outside wash trough for hand washing.
A refundable breakages deposit of R500 is required on arrival. The deposit will be refunded, if no damages have occurred. This is particularly necessary when families come for longer periods. |
