Reservation Conditions
1) A booking is only confirmed once we have received the signed reservation conditions and an order number, voucher, credit card authorization or full payment.
2) Payments must be made either by credit card or by a direct bank deposit.
Cancellation Conditions
1) Group reservations and reservations for more than 3 days, must be cancelled seven (7) days prior the reservation date.
2) Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
3) If you cancel within 24hours or less from the arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be levied. No refund will be issued for no-shows. |
