DIRECTIONS:
 
Follow the M4 / Settlers Way in the direction of Summerstrand. Settlers Way becomes Beach Road. Turn right into 2nd Avenue, shortly after the Boardwalk. Then turn left at the traffic circle into Skegness Road. We are situated at no. 10.
