Aberfeldy Lodge (Kwa-Zulu Private Game Reserve) is situated in a Malaria free area offering the Big Five! The 18,000 hectares of unspoilt Natal bushveld, majestic mountains, towering cliffs, canyons and savannah grasslands are truely a place of splendour. The reserve offers the visitor a unique and fulfilling experience. Here elephants and rhinos mix with zebra, wildebeest, antelope and the largest buffalo herds in Natal. Aberfeldy Lodge offers a warm friendly setting with immaculate garden. The thatched main lodge with its spacious homely lounge and bar area sets the tone. Double doors lead out onto a deck strategically positioned to provide sweeping views of the bush, and the grasslands are always littered with game. Elevated, meandering wooden walkways lead to 5 luxurius thatched chalets and 1 suite. The chalets are air-conditioned and have been decorated with original art works and African artifacts with warm wooden finishes. Fine percale linen is used to make up the kingsized bed.
