Ocean Breeze is one of the few seafront complexes in Winkelspruit, with direct access to the main swimming beach. You will never have to drive to the beach, its right on your doorstep. This is a protected beach, with shark nets, lifeguards and a salt water pool.
This upstairs cabana apartment has a stunning sea view, with a private balcony. It is tastefully decorated with TV, connection to DSTV (bring own decoder) and DVD player. The unit sleeps 4, with a queen size bed, bunk beds and a room divider with a sleeper couch in the lounge. All bed linen is provided. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, small appliances and essential crockery and cutlery. The bathroom consists of a bath/shower, catering for everyone's needs. There is a basic cleaning service 6 days a week. Please remember to bring your own towels, toiletries and dishwashing liquid.
The well maintained complex has tropical gardens and numerous braai (barbecue) areas. Relax on the benches and enjoy the stunning seaview. There is a beautiful sparkling pool and kiddie's pool that is sheltered from the wind, especially for those windy days. The complex is fully walled, with 24hr security guards and an access controlled gate. There is a locked gate that leads directly onto the beach and each unit has its own key. One covered parking space for each unit, trailer parking, plus visitors parking.
Plenty of shopping centres, grocery retailers, butcheries, fast food outlets, restaurants and all other essentials are situated nearby. The two new Amanzimtoti shopping malls, The Galleria and Arbour Crossing, are about a 10 minute drive from the complex, with plenty of entertainment for the whole family - cinemas, ice-rink and games arcade. |
