Paying for your booking
In order to secure your booking, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total accommodation cost by electronic transfer. The deposit is non-refundable. On receipt of the deposit, we will send your written confirmation to you as soon as reasonably possible showing your booking details and the balance of the total accommodation cost which must be received by us no later than 45 days, before your arrival date at the property. However, if you book less than 45 days before your arrival date, payment of your total accommodation cost must be paid at the time of booking and on receipt of full payment we will send your written confirmation to you.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must immediately confirm your cancellation in writing.
Regardless of your reasons for canceling your booking, a cancellation charge will be payable. The cancellation charge is based on the number of days before your arrival date at the property that we receive notification of your cancellation, as shown in the table below. This means that if you have paid the balance of your total holiday cost and then wish to cancel, you may receive a refund of part of such cost. However, if you have not paid your total holiday by the time of your cancellation, you may be required to make a further payment by way of cancellation charge.
Cancellation Charges
60 - 45 days prior to arrival, forfeit 10% value of the booking.
45 - 15 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% value of the booking.
14 - 3 days prior to arrival, forfeit 80% value of the booking.
2 - 0 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% value of the booking.
